What a LUCTORC quotation covers
Machinery bought across a border is bought on the paperwork. Every quotation we send states the following in writing before you commit to anything.
Specification
Model, installed power and voltage, bale or pellet size, output, machine weight and overall dimensions. Where a figure is not yet published it is confirmed here, not left open.
Packing and shipping
Packing method, crate dimensions and gross weight, the number of machines per container, port of loading and the lead time from deposit to shipment.

Price validity, payment terms, warranty period and what it covers, the spare and wear parts included, and the parts we recommend ordering with the machine.
Working videos, technical sheets and packing photographs are sent with the quotation for any model you are considering. Ask for the models you want and we will send the current files.

Do you publish prices?
No. Machines are quoted on inquiry because the price depends on the model, the die or wrapping specification, the spare parts included and the shipping arrangement. Tell us what you need and you get a written quotation.
Which machine suits my farm?
Send the material you process, the tonnage you need per day, and the power supply at the working position. Those three answers decide the model. If a smaller machine does the job we will say so.
What power supply do the machines need?
The electric baler wrappers run from 7.5 kW on the 55 series up to 39 kW on the 90 integrated machine. The chaff cutters are 380 V, from 5.5 kW on the 9Z-4.5T to 22 kW on the 9Z-10T, with diesel and tractor PTO alternatives on every model. The pellet series covers 4 kW to 75 kW. The LUC-55 Diesel uses an 18 hp diesel engine where there is no mains supply.
Can I buy spare and wear parts later?
Yes. Wrapping film, blades, belts, rollers and dies are the parts that wear, and they are supplied for every machine we sell. We recommend ordering a first set with the machine so the first replacement does not wait on shipping.
Do you supply dealers and distributors?
Yes. We are appointing distributors in new markets, with technical documents, product photography and parts supply included. Ask for the dealer terms for your country.
Can the machines be customised?
Voltage, frequency and some configuration options are set at order. Tell us the requirement in the inquiry so it is priced correctly rather than changed afterwards.
