Pellet Machine

Four ranges, twenty-nine models: flat-die, rotating-roller, K Series and biomass, 3 kW to 75 kW.

Output varies with raw material, moisture, die size and configuration, and dimensions are length × width × height. Biomass output is quoted separately from feed-pellet output. Electrical control box specification is confirmed at quotation, and die and roller wear parts can be quoted with the machine.

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers ask first about this line. If yours is not here, ask it directly.

Which feed pellet machine suits my needs?

It depends on the material, the output you need and the power supply. The range covers standard flat-die, rotating-roller and K series gear reducer machines for feed, and a biomass pellet mill. Send the material and the hourly output you want.

Can one machine make pellets from any material?

No. Feed, biomass and non-feed materials need different processes, and not every machine supports every material, so tell us what you will press before choosing a model.

Can I buy dies, rollers and spare parts later?

Yes. Dies, rollers and the other wear parts are supplied for every machine we sell.

Do you publish prices?

No. Machines are quoted on inquiry because the price depends on the model, the configuration, the spare parts included and the shipping arrangement. Tell us what you need and you get a written quotation.

Tell us what you need to process

Send us your material, daily tonnage and power supply. We will recommend the right model and send a quotation — machine, spare parts and shipping.
